一、概述
10KV架空配电线路或末端用户内部发生故障时,因其引进开关动作时限与变电站出线开关保护时限配合无法合理整定时,将会造成变电站出线开关跳闸.如果故障性质是永久性的,变电站重合将不成功,则一个中压用户界内的局部事故将使整条10啸配电线路停电.
如若干在T处或用户端(责任分界点)安装一台环网型分界断路器开关,经过判断确认用户界内发生故障(过流、短路、单相接地等故障)，自动将故障隔离，则可以确保非故障区用户正常用电。
ZW32-12F型用户外高压交流分界断路器以上简称分界官路器）为额定电压12KV。三相交流50HZ的用户的户外配电设备。适用于变电站及工矿企业配电系统中作保护和控制之用，更适用于农村电网及频繁操作的场所。
ZW32-12F型户外交流高压分界断路器开关是我公司自主研发的一种环网型分界断路器。它主要由ZW32-12F型户外柱上真空断路器，在本体上加装两组电动型的隔离开关和FDR-02-X型环网电量管理重合器以及外置电压互感器三大部分组成，三者通过航空插座以及户密封控制电缆进行电气连接，而且有故障检测功能，保护控制功能和通讯功能，并能可靠判断、检测界内的毫安级零序电流计相间短路电流，实现自动切除单相接地故障和相间短路故障。
