SHS Pre-impregnated Material
A series of flexible composites composed of polyimide film and non-woven polyester fiber mat. Laminated with a class-H adhesive system. Then impregnated with half-solidified epoxy resin. Thermal class is H(180¡æ)
Characteristics:
Excellent electrical properties, high mechanical ruggedness.
Excellent thermal stability.
Excellent flexibility, high strength of bonding with resin and SHS.
High content of dissolvable resin, firm insulating layer after heat curing when winding on the conductor,
High peeling strength.
Long time of storage, simple molding technology.
Standard color is yellow.
Low content of volatile ensure the little part of discharge.
Application:
Used as Layer, end-seal, ground insulation for class H dry type transformer; well suited for barrier insulation for motor.
