Fiberglass Sleeving Fiberglass Sleeving is made of non-alkali Fiberglass yarn that knitted into semi-finished sleeving, with which coated varies kinds of special resin and then baked. Characteristics Heat treated fiberglass sleeving is made of non-alkali glass yarn, and then remove the olefin and amylum in the sleeving. Silicone rubber fiberglass sleeving is made of non-alkali glass yarn, and coated with double component liquid silicone rubber. Because of the superior physical and mechanical property of silicone rubber, there is no phenomena of shelling and dropping when it works in the temperature of -55¡æ to 200¡æ. It also has properties of high temperature resistance, flexibility, abrasion resistance and moisture resistance. Vinyl coated fiberglass sleeving is made of semi-finished sleeving coated with polythene and chloride resin. It is the best insulation material of class B(130¡æ) because of its excellent flame resistance, abrasion resistance and good flexibility. Acrylic coated fiberglass sleeving is made of non-alkali glass yarn and coated with modified acrylic resin and then baked. The product possesses excellent electric property , heat resistance, acids and alkalis resistance, solvent resistance etc. It is fully compatible with all magnet wire varnish such as polyesters, epoxies, phenolics and formvar. The thermal class is F(155¡æ). Direct-weave sleeving is made of non-alkali yarn, coated with high temperature adhesive after being dewaxed. It possesses high temperature resistance property. Package and Storage: Sealed with plastic pocked, in which the weight is no less than 50kg. Storage should be under aeration drying and in room temperature. It should be care of fire-proof, compression-proof and sun proof. Its storage time is 12 months in normal temperature. Application Heat treated fiberglass sleeving is used in the field of high temperature and low voltage, it is suitable to use in the transformer toaster, coffer maker and other small heating appliance, because of it¡¯s excellent flexibility and expand properties. Silicone rubber fiberglass sleeving is widely used in DC motor lead protection£¬ high current dry transformer and automotive under-the-hood wire protection. Vinyl coated fiberglass sleeving is not only used in DC motor lead protection, high current dry transformer, motor, generators but also in radio, television and electronics industries. Acrylic coated fiberglass sleeving is widely used in dry or transformer, motor, welding apparatus, it is as wiring insulation and machinery jacket of consumer electric appliance such as lighting fixtures stove, oven and furnace controls, relays, breaker, panels, switchgear, and other commercial and industrial apparatus.
